Emery is our premier apartment for students who take their study seriously. Three residents share each unit, and the whole apartment is laid out over two storeys — the lounge, kitchen and dining area sit on the lower level, with all three bedrooms upstairs.
That separation is the whole point. When a housemate is watching TV or has friends over, you won't hear it from your desk. These rooms suit students who are sensitive to the everyday sounds of shared living, or who simply want more privacy than a standard share apartment offers.
There are only ten Emery apartments in the building, on the third level of the complex, and they come with the full Genesis 1 kit: furnished rooms, air-conditioned living areas, a complete kitchen, free washer and dryer, and a balcony.
