Asilio is where most residents start — and where many stay. There are 38 of these three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartments across the ground, first and second floors, and every bedroom is an ensuite: your own shower, toilet and basin behind your own lockable door, so there's never a queue in the morning.
The three bedrooms open onto an air-conditioned common area with the lounge, dining space, kitchen and laundry. The kitchen comes fully kitted — cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and every utensil you need to cook a proper dinner — and the laundry has its own free washing machine and dryer.
Each unit has a furnished balcony at the front, and ground-floor units get a second balcony off the bedrooms at the back.
