Frequently asked questions

Rooms start from $295 a week, all-inclusive — Asilio from $295, Emery from $315 and Gembrook from $345. When you move in you'll need 4 weeks' bond, which is lodged with the RTA, and 2 weeks' rent in advance. There's also a small refundable key deposit and a one-off mattress protector for your bed — but no application or connection fees.
Electricity, water and internet, all your furniture, a free washing machine and dryer in the unit, and full use of the pool, gym and games room. Resident events during semester — like the weekly Red Frogs social nights — are free too.
About five minutes to the Mt Gravatt campus and ten to Nathan. Buses on Logan Road connect you to QUT and the Brisbane CBD in around fifteen minutes, and Westfield Garden City is within walking distance.
Yes, fully. Your room comes with a bed, desk and robes, and the kitchen has a cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the utensils you need to cook a proper meal.
